“This is like yours from before!” He says to Tsukuyomi, who’s looking at him very focused now. He points to the word on the back. “I thought… was it not pretend?”
That makes Tsukuyomi’s brow go way up, almost off his head.
“No, Keigo-kun, it’s a real licence.” He says. “That’s you. You’re a hero.”
Keigo blinks.
He looks back at the card and turns it to the picture side, where the weird lookalike man is still smirking back at him.
A hero?
...Keigo?!
Two months after the war ends, Tokoyami is forced to confront his guilt around the loss of Hawks’s quirk when it returns, only on the form of a much younger (and much more timid) Hawks.
Keigo just knows he has to make his way home.

Summary
Dabi had known right from the start that falling for Hawks was a bad idea– no matter how much of a perfect and gorgeous man he is. Not only is he probably trying to spy on the league for the heroes’ side, but now Dabi likes him just enough that he doesn’t want to rat him out. It’s a disaster in the making.
Somehow, Dabi decided the best way to deal with this situation was to allow him to meet the rest of the League. If another League member calls Hawks out on his act, there’s nothing Dabi could do about it but go along with it, right?
He hadn’t anticipated that this plan would fail miserably. And would suddenly result in him having competition.

This “presentation” takes a detailed look at the Todoroki family members and their stories, and provides a significant chunk of meta about Keigo Takami (Hawks). It covers the basics of Japan’s postwar western envy, the modern Japanese patriarchy, and ie family system as well as how these things relate to the characters and their motivations. This meta also discuss the parallels of the following sets of characters: Keigo/Hawks and Toya/Dabi, Keigo and Deku, Endeavor/Enji and All Might/Toshinori, and Enji and Deku.
