“Um,” Dongmin says, obviously flustered and more than a little stunned by the sudden question. “Yeah, I do. But… you said you just got broken up with, and I don’t want to make you uncomfortable.”
“I’m not uncomfortable,” Donghyun says immediately. Beyond being a reassurance, it’s simply a fact. Dongmin has been nothing but nice to him this whole time. And, as Jaehyun’s friend, Donghyun trusts implicitly that he’s a good guy. Not to mention he’s handsome. He looked really sexy onstage, and he’s talented, and Donghyun’s ex was kind of a dick but Dongmin isn’t, and he’s here and interested by his own admission. So Donghyun lets himself be a little selfish, a little reckless. He adds as plainly as he can, “I wanna kiss you.”

It’s not like he doesn’t know what he’s getting himself into — he just always feels a tingly little surge of nervous anticipation course through him when Dongmin does these things, picks the most mundane, unexpected moments to play with him."
