Summary
Historically, socially, and economically speaking, the term alpha was synonymous with a few things: dominance, violence, superiority. But what if none of that was true? What if, once a month, alphas were nothing but emotional, needy messes subject to the whims of their omegas, desperate for attention and utterly powerless to their own desires? What if the hungry, dangerous, wild-animal-esque narrative of the alpha in rut was nothing but a fallacy, conjured up by the fragile egos of an alpha-dominated society?
Satoru wasn't about to get caught up in the semantics, but he had his theories, and Suguru was the perfect example of just how wrong that brutish image of a rutting alpha could be.

The coat was heavy, but it settled around his shoulders like an embrace. He could already imagine the snow falling gently on the hood, the cold air biting at his cheeks while the rest of him stayed warm.
Sukuna watched him with open admiration. “You look like one of us already.”
A strange warmth bloomed in Megumi’s chest at that. One of us. Not an outsider. Not a trophy. Not a transaction.
He smiled faintly and tightened the coat’s belt around his waist.
“I can’t wait until we reach our new home.”
Following their arranged marriage, Megumi begins his new life in the Ryoumen clan with his new husband, Sukuna.

His ears catch on the sound of people approaching and he releases Dazai’s grave, turning to look behind him. His men are carrying a metal briefcase, bowing their heads in respect as they approach him and the grave.
“We got the relic you requested.” One of his men says, and Chuuya rises to his feet.
OR
A slightly younger Chuuya (19) hailing from another universe shows up in the main timeline to claim Dazai for his own after accidentally killing his own. The ADA and regular Chuuya have objections.
