Summary
The cold months were the hardest on his body.
His bones ached, his scars throbbed, and every joint did its level best to disconnect itself. No matter how much he bundled up, sometimes it felt like he'd never get warm again.
At least there was some reprieve. A new moon meant a new start, if only he honored the cycle.
