After being on suppressants for years before Erid, then experiencing very easy ruts because there wasn't another human being for 16 light years, he wakes up to an early rut that feels /bad/. Then he finds out his roommate/kind of friend is an Omega, and it gets worse. When Simon goes into heat despite the suppressants he's on, they have big decisions to make.
