Summary
The Recall offered Cole a kind of peace he hadn't felt since before leaving Blackwatch all those years ago. A roof over his head, a real bed to sleep in, food, friends - everything a cowboy could ever ask for. Of course the peace wouldn't last. When Genji introduces his brother as a new member of Overwatch, Cassidy is forced to balance the close relationship he has with Genji to the hatred he has toward his brother. While navigating the tension and violence that rises up with Hanzo, the man also makes Cole confront the actions of his past and the feelings of guilt and self-loathing he's been carrying with him most of his life. The man who he hated most in the world becomes a confidant and a guide as Cassidy travels back to places he swore he would never see again, begins to move on, and find those who he believed to be lost.

Shit, shit, shit, shit! This was not how Cole planned this out.
It was supposed to be a simple job. In and out, data chip in hand, with a pocket of his own secrets on the side.
But no. He was halfway through his escape route when a bounty hunter, and a past jilted one night stand, caught his trail. But it was fine. He still had his exit plan.
But then they reached for their gun.
When a simple mission is Paris is botched Cole is on the run from a bounty hunter and her goons. He crashes into a café and stumbles upon a handsome man who saves his hide and possible steals his heart along the way.

Summary
Cole wasn't sure how to feel about Genji bringing Hanzo to Overwatch, not until he actually met Hanzo. If Genji was willing to forgive his gorgeous brother than obviously, Cole needed to make sure Hanzo felt welcome. It was completely altruistic, no ulterior motives at all.

Hanzo comes home to a cowboy on his doorstep claiming to be his husband. He thinks it's a prank, then he thinks he's in an alternate universe, then he thinks the cowboy is an alien in disguise, and then he thinks he's in love. Somehow the latter seems the least believable.

Summary
A soft sound brings Genji's attention back to the recording. “No,” Hanzo whispers, so quietly Athena has to boost the sound, creating small crackles of feedback in the speaker. Genji’s heart thumps loudly in his chest. “No,” Hanzo repeats, a little more strongly, “Father, please.”
Sojiro scoffs, curling his lip. The item he’d been reaching for comes into view of the camera – a bow, not too dissimilar to Stormbow, but stained in the reds and blacks their father was known to be fond of. “You’ve been warned, Hanzo.” Sojiro produces an arrow from a quiver stashed somewhere behind him, nocking it on the bowstring. “This tendency of yours is detrimental to the clan and will not be tolerated.”
Hanzo makes a more concentrated effort of struggling against the guards. “I promise it won’t happen again, Father. Never again. Just please, don’t do this!”
OR: When Overwatch confiscates old files from Shimada Castle, Genji asks Athena to sort through them and show him anything she thinks he should see, which leads Genji to the realization that he's managed to completely miss the fact that his brother's gay... and that their father wasn't who Genji thought he was. So, he decides to take matters into his own hands.

Jesse laughs, leaning back and away and letting Hanzo continue to complain as he pulls up the mission file on his phone again.
“You’re thinkin’ too hard about this. It’s gonna be a good time. Don’t you like gettin’ dressed up… cool disguises… incognito?” McCree scrolls through the briefing before settling once again on the target of the evening; Satya Vaswani, codename Symmetra. A hoity-toity Vishkar representative that was supposed to appear at this shindig.
“Disguises are one thing… this is… putting on a leather jacket and ruining my hair,” Hanzo replies with a grumble, leaning back in his chair. He looks up when McCree holds the phone out toward him, and takes it, peering down at it with the grumpy expression still on his face. “I hate these people.”

McCree and Hanzo have to go undercover at a greaser-themed party celebrating the 300th anniversary of Los Angeles to keep an eye on Vishkar's top agent, a woman named Satya Vaswani. It's weird, but they do their part. And then some.

Summary
When Hanzo comes to Overwatch he mostly keeps to himself. Making friends was not high on his priority list. However Jesse McCree seems determined to get to know him. Hanzo doesn't see the harm in giving the cowboy a run for his money and getting some amusement from it. Toying with the cowboy leads to Hanzo having to deal with his own shortcomings, whether perceived or otherwise. McCree on the other hand is obviously interested, and often complains to his BFF, Genji. Hanzo also winds up discussing things with Genji. Genji wonders how he suddenly became the one with his life together and Zenyatta is proud of how far his Sparrow has come in life.
