Summary
Midoriya Izuku, 28 years old, one half of the team that makes up Dioscuri. Entirely quirkless, he is the first and possibly only, quirkless pro hero.
Nedzu, the other half of the team that makes up Dioscuri. With the quirk High Specs that granted him increased intelligence. He is the only non-human pro hero in all of the world.
Alone, these two would have never made it into the profession. With quirkless being less and less common with each generation; Izuku was never given any opportunity to follow his dream. Nedzu, being a chimera, wouldn’t have been able to get far on his own. The system was twisted in favor of humans only; animals couldn’t legally be heroes. Alone they were cast out of society.
Together they formed the pro-hero and principle of Yuuei High School: Dioscuri.
Or: the AU where Nedzu and Izuku fake being one hero so that they can utterly wreck the commission for denying their dreams.

Summary
UA has a rule—no quirkless students. It was added years ago, after much hemming and hawing about safety concerns and lessening blame in the inevitable circumstance of death. There's no real reason to remove it, not as the percentage of quirkless people plummets further and further.
Of course, this rule doesn't actually matter to Izuku, because he's got an analysis quirk.
As far as anyone knows.
The Plan is simple: have a quirk, become a hero, and avoid anyone who could disprove those first two things.
In hindsight, UA isn't a great choice. And that's before the villains.

Izuku was 8 when he first got taken, of course it wasn’t too shocking nor did anyone even spare a glance, a quirkless kid alone? This was bound to happen.
After his father left when he was “diagnosed” his mother was devastated, she would barely even acknowledge Izuku existed other than to leave food or money for him, and thats when she was home, she was a busy women constantly working…At least Izuku thinks…
She wasn’t required to be around him though… He is a cursed child.. He knows this, the red on his shoes knows this, the people who hit him or shove him to the side knows this. His mother is doing her best, supplying to a worthless quirkless child, she knows this

Izuku life is trash when he is announced quirkless and everyone is a jerk until he gets kidnapped, nope nvm everyone is still a jerk, even more now, gosh izuku needs a hug from someone or something other then his soon to be beloved plants (I hope this not to much or little)

Shouto Todoroki is sick of being submitted to his father's so called "training".
Izuku Midoriya is tired of having the world try to trip him up and beat him down, all because of his lack of a quirk.
And at seven years old, they decide to do something about it.

This was originally an idea for a one shot where Izuku and Shouto meet accidentally whilst running away from their various shitty lives, until the outline got a little too long.
I'm conclusion, roll up roll up for another multi chapter fic by yours truly!! *bows deeply, my top hat falling off to reveal way too many sandwiches*
