You are frozen in place, feeling the goosebumps his thumb is creating while he gently caresses your hand.

You both turn your heads toward your front door while hearing your passcode being inserted. Once the door is open, a Caleb in full uniform and a backpack in hand stands in front of you. His childish grin dies immediately on his lips when he sees you together.
