Summary
It's ironic really, the generation with the record for the lowest birthrate is followed summarily by the one with the highest amounts of orphans in recorded human history. Though I suppose every decade comes with it's issues. We're still living in the consequences of those who came before those who came before us, before them, etcetera.

Far too few people comfortable enough to say no. The offer attracts the desperate, the opportunistic, the fleeing, and the dreamers. Attendance should be a time of light romance, relaxation, and respite from a world grazed by the apocalypse. Or was. Something is out there.
