For 3 years Midoriya Izuku endured the hell that is UA's Hero Course. Going under, over, or through every obstacle. (Never around.) Time and time again, he picked himself up, dusted off the ashes of setbacks, challenges, and opposition, to rise again and excel. All with a non-combat Quirk.
All the while, he was a man on a mission. Something much more pressing and personal than "I want to help people," behaving as though a life was at stake.
For 5 years, Healing hero "The Vital Fame: Phenoix" worked to become:
Known among the unsung of the Hero Underground
Known among healthcare providers as on par with Recovery Girl herself
Known among Hero Intelligence as the foremost Villain AnalystAll with that goal in mind. All for the redemption and rebirth of one man.

Shouta quickly flashed his quirk, which he ended up slightly regretting when the kid’s voice completely cut out.
The kid started sucking in breaths harshly despite Shouta’s quirk having been no more than a stutter's worth of air, panic setting in as he looked up at Shouta. His voice was chopping as he asked almost in horror, “What did you do?!”
“I erased—”
“No! I know how your quirk works,” the kid interrupted, his frame shaking like a leaf in the wind, “It erases the quirk of those who aren’t already physically changed by their quirk or whatever. I want to know how you removed my voice!”
In this world, Midoriya Izuku tries to be an above the law quirkless-not-vigilante.
