Summary
Ryan Watson has 3 rules in life.
1. Protect his mum.
2. Keep his heart intact.
3. Don't become like his dad.Then, all of a sudden, all three rules are destroyed when his father, after seven years of abusing them, shoots his mum in the head right in front of him.
Suddenly Ryan is dumped into foster care, where he's left to rot away in his trauma and bitterness, shipped in and out of neglectful foster homes who don't really care about him or what he's suffered.
