Summary
Shane is stuck in a time loop. Ilya believes him.
“I fix things,” Ilya promises. Hollander’s eyes flit to his lips, and Ilya understands it. Gets where his ugly had come in, gets how he has hurt Hollander. Cannot let it happen again. It is okay that it will hurt. It will only hurt for the hours until this Ilya is gone.
Ilya tugs again on his jeans until Hollander is close to kiss, and then he forgets the jeans so that he can hold Hollander as he kisses him. He wipes away those messy tears and kisses him and kisses him and kisses him until Hollander’s phone alarm goes off again.
Hollander fumbles his phone out of his pocket.
“You make backup alarm for witch,” Ilya bemoans, “but are late for me.”

Summary
Jaskier is a YouTuber, and his schtick is going to haunted places and trying to communicate with / channel ghosts and monsters and stuff through the healing power of music. Which is cute and all, but not at all helpful for handling actual vengeful spirits and monsters. Geralt gets dragged out of retirement to make sure Jaskier doesn't get himself killed. He's none too happy about it.

The Nighthowler case ends with a giant rift in Judy and Nick's partnership. Nick tries to give her space until a serial killer case brings them right back together.

He doesn’t say it very loudly, but Judy’s ears immediately twitch and pivot in his direction.
“Nick?” Her voice sounds so fragile, and Nick can’t tell, he doesn’t remember how to read her, he doesn’t know what that quaver in her voice means…
“Yeah,” he rasps, and Judy pelts through the remaining haze to full-body tackle him to the ground.
“Don’t you dare,” she squeaks indignantly, "in your entire life, ever, disappear like that again.”

Maybe Wade’s not interested in friendship with Peter Parker. Maybe that’s been the reason Peter’s been feeling stuck—because he wants something that Wade’s not interested in. “Right?”

He knows no one would believe him. Plenty of guys get smacked around by their girlfriends. Pussy-whipped, dog-walked, whatever. She’s talking way too fast for Ilya to understand. It’s just one of her little harmless punishments, when he fucks up. Sometimes she ignores him just to watch him squirm and try to figure out what he did. They don’t talk about his family, and he doesn’t tell her that his father used to do the same thing. Bringing it up will just make her angrier.
It’s a little bit more than a slap this time. The edge of her knuckles connects with his nose and blood is running down his chin before he can blink. He runs his tongue over the smooth surface of his teeth on instinct like he always does after he hits the ice face first. Ilya always expects it, yet it always takes him by surprise.
After the news breaks about Shane and Rose, Ilya gets himself into something...simpler. But simpler turns confusing, and then manipulative, and then violent. And that's when people start noticing.

It’s happened before: Jaskier cursed by a past lover to experience for himself the ache of unrequited love. Once, memorably, for a donkey, who was impervious to all the bard’s serenades and compliments, and shat on his favourite pair of boots. The irony of today’s particular curse is that Jaskier’s ‘love’ isn’t actually unrequited. Presumably, though, Lady Freckletits and her sister thought it would be funny to see Jaskier scorned and rejected by the stoic, emotionless witcher he insists on following around.
Ha fucking ha.
