Summary
Losing his parents at a young age leaves Shinichi in the care of Agasa Hiroshi. With his best friend Ran, he visits Teitan-High Magic School. Their graduation is coming up and with it the annual magic tournament. Are there cheaters manipulating the results? Shinichi is asked to participate to investigate.
The only problem? He does not use magic.
