Shinji’s character jars heavily between sex and not-sex situations, due author’s crimestop. Author can imagine a dominant frame in sexual arenas, but cannot imagine a dominant frame in other arenas because such a thing is thoughtcrime.

However, The Endless Desert always takes at least five days to cross, and others wander within. It's merely bad luck that they run into one particular mortal who was never supposed to be here, confused by his location and furious about his lack of metal.
