Cassandra Elliot is a half-blood and knew she was a wizard from an early age, but had always kept it a secret. Her mother, a wizard alike, never even wanted to be one. She was one to always do the dishes by hand, hang out the washing like a normal mother and make food with pots and pans. She's always told her muggle husband and child that wizardry was a waste of time and too dangerous to get caught up in and that Cassandra was 'lucky to be a muggle'.
The strawberry blonde liked to test her abilities and spells as much as she could without being caught, until one fated day. An owl had arrived at their window, bringing her fated Hogwarts' letter. Not only did her mother feel betrayed, but she also shunned the girl as she wanted nothing to do with magic.
Roaming the streets late at night one day, she accidentally stumbles upon a Death Eater... She whips out her wand ready to fight, but gets her life force sucked out at an incredible pace. The last thing she saw was a dark-haired male wearing a robe, rushing to her side.
