What if, in a small twist of fate, Chromia dodged the two hobbling miners on their way to the finish line allowing them to win 2nd place? With D-16 and Orion Pax becoming some of the most influential coggless bots in Iacon, they are personally escorted to the home of the Prime; Iacon Tower. They are buffed to a shine, and presented an opportunity by Sentinel Prime himself to represent coggless miners everywhere. Giving inspirational speeches to their brethren to boost productivity. But catching a glimpse of the upper caste lifestyle of a cogged bot isn’t all that it's cracked up to be.
Or: Will a small butterfly effect like Chromia missing our two boys be enough to change the damning narrative of divorce?

“Sweet Solus Prime, hammer me to the Pit and back! You’re actually are sealed?!” Bumblebee’s touch lingers on the scuffed window of the broad red chassis. “You’d let a whore desecrate your seals? The holy equipment of a Prime?”
“Is that what you think I am asking for, Bumblebee?”
Bumblebee has no idea what to make of this new Prime. He is kind, brave, overly friendly, and nothing like his previous experiences with the Autobots, who had shunned the minibot for his past, ahem, career choices.
But, again and again, their paths cross. Like destiny. Or like Primus has a terrible sense of humor.
When the Prime comes calling one night and offers a very unconventional mission, Bumblebee, in spite of his tough little loner persona he has struggled to craft, is simply unable to resist.

You know what they say about meeting your heroes.
It is funny how a single act of kindness can have lasting consequences.
When Megatron meets his self-proclaimed biggest fan, he can sense the little bot’s broken state. Against multiple warnings and redflags, he extends an understanding hand and tries to take Bumblebee under his wing as a much-needed friend.
Little did he know he was pushing Bumblebee right into the arms of a monster. A monster he once loved.
Now, there is seemingly nothing he can do to save Bumblebee from falling deeper and deeper into darkness.

Summary
Hiding is a skill essential to those growing up on Cybertron during the Civil War. However, for a certain vibrantly yellow sparkling raised by the Autobot High Command, and highly sought after by the Decepticons, being able to stay undetected is even more vital than most. It’s a good thing then that Bumblebee is a natural.
Or: 5 times Bumblebee ‘played’ Hide & Seek with his family and 1 time a Decepticon played with him.

"Were we friends before?" Blitzwing asks. When Bumblebee doesn't immediately answer, Blitzwing continues, "I know you tried to shoot me, but if you're helping me now... does that mean we were friends at some point?"
Blitzwing's blue face doesn't have any expression in particular, but Bumblebee can hear the hesitance in his voice. Some strange mix of hope and sadness.
Bumblebee should shake his head. So he does, eventually, but he can't help how awful he feels having to admit it. He's lied enough to Blitzwing. He turns his head, not wanting to meet the mech's optics, instead surveying the glistening snow around them.
"No, we weren't." He starts slowly, feeling a lump in his throat. "But, I mean. I couldn't just leave you there on your own, right? Didn't feel right to abandon you."
He doesn't know how or when it started. There were many chances he could have taken; there were times when he'd done nothing but wait for easy opportunities to shoot, to run, to kill. But things kept going wrong. And eventually he stopped planning. He stopped thinking about how to get away.
When did that stop?

Summary
There are reasons why Seekers Trine up in the first place.
The main one is that a seeker's wing are vitally important to their survival, need intense maintenance, and can't be effectively worked on by their own bearer. Especially on the backside.
Starscream might have been able to fool his own Trine as he slowly drifted away from them.
And he might have managed to keep his wings and back in good shape while doing that through his inventively.But when a rust-inviting wear develops in his wing hinges, other Seekers noticed.
That was only the start, though.
OR:
Seekers Trine for many, many reasons.And Starscream might have decided that he was above it all, but he really, really isn't.

(TFA X Princess and the Frog AU)
Following Blackarachnia and Wasp, now Waspinator’s supposed termination from Transwarp field overload, Bumblebee is left with guilt for everything that happened to Wasp, which he is received an important advice from Prowl, which inspires him to work harder to achieve his dreams and not repeat the same mistakes. Now years later, Bee is confronted with a problem; despite working tirelessly to rejoin Elite Guard graces along with his friends, Sentinel takes away all his hard-earned progress in one swift, humiliating move.
Frustrated and desperate, he bumps into Waspinator, who is indeed still alive and under the deranged scientist Meltdown’s manipulation, and thinking he was being received forgiveness, Bumblebee is tricked and injected with a BioWeapon that turns him into a techno-organic of his namesake. Now the pair are forced to work together along with fellow technorganics Sari Sumdac and Blackarachnia to return to their normal forms. But as Bumblebee journeys through this strange new world, he and Waspinator begin to understand each other in ways they never expected, discovering that forgiveness and redemption might be more complicated than either of them imagined.

"Sorry," Starscream whispered. It was so faint Skywarp almost missed it. "Tired."

Starscream is a regular guest in Megatron's berth. His trine, and every Decepticon, knows this. It's a power play, they tell themselves. He wants it.
Every time Starscream comes back reeking of Megatron, Thundercracker and Skywarp are there to tend to him, increasingly convinced this isn't a risk worth taking.
The day he doesn't make it back, though, is the day his trine realises they're in more danger than they could have possibly anticipated.

Finally, the blue optics that were practically burning holes in the ground as he concentrated snapped up at Knockout. Fear, anger, confusion—all of them flashed through Bumblebee’s optics with varying brightnesses. Knockout’s expression faltered slightly at the vulnerability of the Autobot in front of him, nearly showing his own surprise and concern for what should be his enemy in this war.
Breaking optic contact with Knockout to focus on his quivering servos, Bumblebee huffed a shaky beep as he said that he simply couldn’t transform anymore.

Ever since the war, Autobots and Decepticons have developed a strong language barrier, both creating their own new languages as to more establish a stronger difference between the two Cybertronian builds. Its been millions of stellar cycles since the two kinds have ever spoken and understood each other.
Today, however, a Decepticon scientist decides to consider this a opportunity for an experiment and to find out if Autobots are still worth saving.
Unforeseen complications follow, particularly in the sense that Shockwave has never formed any attachments to another living being, let alone a child soldier who is his enemy.

Summary
Transformers Animated Role Swap AU wherein Sentinel Minor uses his critical thinking skills and does not follow through with Bumblebee's accusation of treason against Wasp. He does, however, turn the accusation around onto Bumblebee who was thereby sentenced to the Autobot Penitentiary Stockades. Fascinated by the series of events that follow, Shockwave decides to do a little experiment to see just exactly how much a so-called Autobot will compromise his own ethics for revenge.
Even with the odds stacked against him, Bumblebee manages to make a friend on Earth in the form of the small Earthling, Sari.
