Summary
- the dog, the Ghoul and his Vaultie come upon a crash site, amazed to find a mysterious aircraft of seemingly extraterrestrial origin. On board was what could only be described as a miracle pod, and with a bit of luck and all this serendipity, Cooper Howard gets a second chance to be himself again.

"Please?" Lucy pouted. Oh, she really was curious what this machine might do for him, and Dogmeat seemed to suggest this herself in the first place, as if she knew something they didn't.
It gave Lucy a surprisingly optimistic feeling… she didn't take signs like that so lightly. Coincidences, maybe there had been a few, but she often believed things happened for a reason. She believed that people had their own destinies, though they could rewrite them depending on choice.
The Ghoul appeared amused, leaning a glove upon the pod beside hers as he faced her down. Lucy watched his mouth with fascination as he wetted it ready with its reply, his marred features and cocksure demeanor. "Are you begging me, sweetheart?"

AKA, after leaving the observatory lucy starts having nightmares but when the ghoul starts showing her kindness those nightmares shift into something...different and lucy isn't quite sure how to handle this new and sudden attraction especially considering the ghoul's everchanging personalities
