Summary
The world calls Dracule Mihawk a master, a monster, a myth. But in the quiet of dawn, he becomes something far more dangerous: a man who learns to cradle lightning without being burned.
Or: Mihawk somehow finds himself becoming something like a father.

Summary
Deuce was tired. Like really fucking tired of his crew. On his right Ace sleeps on a puddle of milk, his fingers are intertwined on top of his chest, and 6 crewmates are scat singing around his body while each clapped randomly. On his left Kotatsu sits on Skull’s lap chewing on flowers with peanut butter and listening to Mihal who was aggressively and very angrily shout-reading a story about lunatics who kill their dogs. Deuce drags his palm across his face and groans loudly. Why is this his life again? Then he remembers that he would’ve actually died if a certain freckled face wasn’t so persistent, so maybe it was worth it. He turns his head to Ace’s direction and groans again. Sure maybe it was worth it, but he is literally going to pull out his hair if he stays on deck for another minute.
It’s the everyday life on top of The Piece Of Spadille. Or as Deuce likes to call it ‘The Grand Adventures Of The Spade Pirates.’

Summary
Leaving wasn’t a decision, but a moment when staying simply stopped being an option. It wasn’t sudden, nor was it an act of defiance; it just became clear that the weight of what was left behind would eventually crush everything else. It wasn’t freedom that came next, but something heavier—an uncertain space where the air felt too thin and every step forward was a question, not a choice.
The past clings, though, like a shadow you can never quite outrun. And as you move, there’s no clarity, only the quiet hum of doubt. Was it the right thing to do? Or was it simply the only thing that could be done?
What remains isn’t the peace of escape, but a grief that lingers. It’s not the loss of what was, but the loss of not knowing what could have been. It’s the slow realisation that some breaks can’t be repaired, and the wondering if any of it was ever real.
