Katsuki finds out his body is shutting down, and they can't locate the cause. Now, confronted with his mortality (again), he realizes there's still so much he wants to do before he dies, and all of it includes a freckled, green-haired boy.
It's a race against his own ticking time clock to finish the suit for Izuku. Katsuki will give him his dream back—even if it kills him.

‘I mean am I really that horrid that he couldn’t even consider me? I heard heavier omegas were in style over in America. Maybe I’ll find someone there.’ He scoffs and breaks out laughing, clutching his stomach like it’s the funniest thing he’s ever heard. Then the tears came. And then the sobs, and now he was clutching at the scent glands on his neck like he’s baring his soul to a god that could see right through him because the scent that was pouring out of him right now wasn’t funny or happy, it smelt like an Omega who had just experienced being tossed aside by their Alpha.
He practically slaps the tears off his face and takes in a shaky breath, putting out his last cigarette on his All Might card, “Yeah, America, that sounds nice.”

“Oh Kacchan.” he says with a soft smile that doesn’t quite reach his eyes, making sure to flash his canines. Katsuki flinches. Usually Alphas don’t flash their canines at Omegas because it’s a mating initiation that requires actual intent that can’t be done on command. Walking over to the dresser, he picks up a cardboard box. Then starts striding over to the bed.
