Summary
Grian has been trapped with the Watcher's for years. Time slipping between his fingers as he suffers and changes under the Watchers guiding hand. His escape sends him flying into a seemingly empty server- only to discover not only is it inhabited but it's inhabited by people who understand the Watchers and their awful ways.
Even after barely escaping with his life- Grian must now contend with new server mates, family long thought gone and his own secrets rearing their ugly head.

Summary
They were so close. Just a few more wing beats, and they'd finally be free of the End, of the cold, bleak prison.
The light shined on their mask, a gentle lull teasing at them from the tear in reality. A roar reached their ears; the Watchers were after them.
A broken thought pushed it's way through the stuffing plaguing their mind, the impulse to run. They beat their wings harder, anxiety and anticipation fueling them. It wasn't enough.
"Ϟᒣᒍi! ▭ ∷⚍リリ╎リ┤․⎽ ▭ ̇/ᒷ|:ᑑ⚍ᖋ." Stop running, Xelqua.
Faster. They had to be faster. The Watchers were catching up. They— They were right there—
An inhuman screech erupted out of what was left of the creature's voice box as claws tore through a limb, something towards their rear end. They didn't know which one. It didn't matter. The Watchers behind them didn't matter. They just had to keep going.

Summary
Grian has been having an amazing time on Hermitcraft, joking around with his friends, pranking his neighbors. It almost feels like he is finally starting to heal from all the things life threw at him, and all the damage it had caused
That is, until he is forced to face Sam, at a funeral of all places, and it undoes all the progress he had made up until that point.

Summary
The thing was, Grian died.
Which meant he was back at the Watchers. Hermitcraft was merely an interlude. That was what they promised him. However, Grian couldn’t accept such an untimely end, so he pleaded for another go, no matter the consequences. Strangely, the Watchers allow it, as long as he follow one caveat.
Or: Grian has to reveal the worst parts of himself. It doesn’t go well.

Summary
It is season seven of Hermitcraft. Grian has settled into his role as a Hermit. Things have been getting better for a while and he has gotten comfortable in the world around him. Then, a Watcher visits him in a dream. He tries to convince himself that it was just a dream, that the Watchers hadn't really found him. Things quickly escalate when he finds a broken portal made of bedrock in the jungle.

Mumbo is worried about Grian. He has been isolating from and avoiding the Hermits, including Mumbo himself. Between that and the weird things happening on the server, Mumbo is determined to figure out what is going on. He is convinced Grian is connected to the weird events plaguing Hermitcraft and concerned that he is in deep trouble.
