Summary
The Sheep was a gang of kids operating in a section of Yokohama, a city full of crime groups. What made the Sheep stand out was their leader, a boy with a powerful quirk. It was deemed the boy's quirk was too dangerous for a villain to have and so a group of four heroes was sent out to capture this King of the Sheep.
The Hero Public Safety Commission has taken notice of Chuuya Nakahara’s strange origin. The unknown connection this boy has with a past government research facility has intrigued them. Nezu, Principle of UA, has also been drawn in by the mystery of Chuuya Nakahara's origins. He has a plan on how to keep Chuuya out of the Hero Commission’s grasp. One that will give Chuuya a way out of the criminal world.
