Peter Parker was just a kid trying to survive high school when a bite from a radioactive spider ripped his life in two. Now he’s sixteen, half-masked, half-mad with guilt, grief, and something that might be hope—if he can survive long enough to find it.
Before the Avengers ever notice him, the streets do. And so does Team Red—Daredevil, Deadpool, and the Punisher—three of New York’s most dangerous vigilantes who take one look at the mouthy kid in red and decide he’s theirs.

By day, he’s just Peter Parker: limping into class, hiding bruises, falling behind on homework, lying to his best friends, and pretending he’s not about to snap.
By night, he’s something else: web-slinging through rooftops, tearing through gang hideouts, and delivering a new brand of justice that has the underworld talking—and the Avengers watching.
But the more Peter gives to the city, the more it wants. And when the line between right and wrong starts to blur, the real danger isn’t getting caught.
It’s losing himself.

“Wait kid!” And in that moment it came to him, “What if, what if we don’t forget you? What if we send you away?” Strange desperately called out.
“Mr.Strange… ” Peter had a sympathetic look in his eyes and Strange hated it. It wasn’t his life that was being destroyed, so why was Peter looking at him like the victim.
“Listen, I can send you somewhere there is no Peter Parker. There are an infinite number of universes, I can find one.” Strange said, more to himself than to Peter. And he knew this was dark magic, he knew he shouldn’t, but he didn’t care.
“I’ll send you there. Until I can fix this. Until I can bring you back.”
Or: Dr. Strange sends Peter to an alt universe where there are no Avengers, but they do have a thing called a Justice League. And sure Peter is homeless, but that doesn't stop him from being Spider-Man.

Summary
Peter knows Tony doesn’t forget on purpose, and he knows that Tony means well with his concern. But, the man has to deal with the fact Peter isn’t a hero, and is in fact, a vigilante. If all he gets is a broken nose after a long night of patrol, Peter considers himself lucky.
A lot of vigilante things were lost on Tony, such as bad PR. Sure, the Avengers get some bad PR, but never J. Jonah. Jameson style, but then again, Spider-Man always had the best pictures, because Peter Parker gave them in for a bit of extra money.
There was some things you learn when you’re in Peter’s line of business, and that is, how to calm down a rape victim, how to help a lost child who doesn’t want help, who to punch harder than the rest, who are first time thieves, and that sometimes things like “don’t pull the knife out” is a rule best ignored, (unless it was somewhere bad bad).
You know Tony’s too far gone from the vigilante line of work, when it’s Pepper Potts, who tells Tony that a broken nose is the least of Peter’s worries, even though she too freaks out about it.Or;
5 times The Avengers (excluding Clint) forgot Peter Parker is a vigilante, and 1 time everyone remembered.

Summary
Peter Parker wakes up injured in some back street of Gotham, New Jersey. He has no memory of how he got there or any idea how he is going to get home. But it turns out, he might have bigger issues than how he'll get back to Queens. From memory loss to strange nightmares, Peter feels like there's something deeper going on here; there had to be some reason he was brought here.
And when young folks start turning up dead in Crime Alley, he realizes he was right. Unfortunately.
