Wow, what doesn't happen in this fic?
There are Amazon Prime packages delivered to Batman from Red Hood in the form of a bloody and beaten Robin. This makes Bruce, Dick, Barbara and Alfred SAD. Tim sees that it makes them SAD and decides that he does not like them being SAD and he needs to get Jason back in the family and cure him of his Lazarus Pit Menty Bs (mental breakdowns).
So he comes to the only logical solution: meet Talia Al Ghul.
But Good Dad Bruce Batman does not like that so Tim does the only other logical thing: quit being Robin (by accident).
Then he goes to meet with Talia Al Ghul.
And he comes out with an assassin son.
So now Tim has to raise a homicidal bratty 10-year-old Damian along with running and hiding from the Bats while trying to cure Jason of his green eggs and ham rages and get the family back together.

Summary
After Red Hood rescues Tim Drake from the waking nightmare he calls a life, Tim wakes up and discovers that his savior is his hero: Jason Todd. Jason's promised to kill the people who hurt Tim, starting with Tim's parents. Assisting Jason with this venture is Talia al Ghul, who wants Gotham clean of anyone who could possibly harm her son the way Tim Drake has been hurt.

His plan gets entirely wrecked when the first thing Tim does is tell him what a big fan he is of Red Hood, thank him for coming, and asks if Hood wants the list of the people who hurt Tim, or if he wants the full files Tim's built.
