Now imagine an East Blue sleepy town going into lock down they (two Emperor crews, the Pirate King and his crew, as well as members of the Revolutionary Army) were stopped making landfall. At the end of the day, all they learned is that the people all know each other, they pay well and especially restaurants, bars and street vendors are RICH when they leave bc of the amount they eat.
