Or a story where Jeon Jungkook, Head Alpha of the Moonflower Pack and recently appointed Watcher of the North, goes on what is supposed to be a routine diplomatic visit only to discover a pack run by an alpha who considers betas curses, pups nuisances, and omegas slaves. And what starts as a diplomatic visit suddenly becomes an unauthorized raid. “Why’d you lock the door?” Taehyung calls out. Jimin doesn’t remember doing that, why would he do that? Why would he barricade himself from his mates? Stupid Jimin, stupid alpha. What is wrong with him? “Can you unlock the door?”
He wants to, he does, he does, but he can’t get up. He can’t even move his face from the damp comforter sticking to his cheek. He can’t roll over, he knows he won’t be able to crawl, let alone walk to the door. He’s frozen and he can’t unlock the door, he can’t let Taehyung in and Taehyung is going to leave and he’s going to be alone again. He’s always alone, always, this is why no one wants to touch him.
“Hyung, I’m getting worried, please unlock the door,” he begs. And Jimin can’t do anything but cry.

“And?” Jihoon pressed, not taking his eyes off the dish in front of him.
“And they’re really nice?” Jungkook replied, feeling the heat extend further down his neck at the weak admission.
Jihoon glanced over at him and shot him an unimpressed look. “I was under the impression we didn’t like your soulmates,” he deadpanned, glancing down at the cheerful writing on Jungkook’s hand again.
Jungkook sighed and leaned fully against the counter, “Me too.”
OR
Jungkook thinks his soulmates don't want him. His soulmates wholeheartedly disagree with that assumption.

Summary
Zoro doesn’t much like tea, but Sanji, Sanji looks as if this is the best thing he’s had in a while. The first flavourful thing he’s had in his body in days. His shoulders ease, his eyes flutter shut, not in the way they have the past couple days that sends a shiver or a panic through Zoro, it’s in a blissful, content way. And Zoro feels content within himself.
“Why are you up?” Sanji asks, finally breaking the silence when about half of his cup of tea is gone.
“You weren’t in your bed” Zoro answers, his eye still trained towards his saucer on the table.

Following a vivid nightmare triggered by a passing resemblance to a dark chapter from his past, Sanji, the Straw Hat Pirates' devoted cook, finds himself spiralling into a dangerous cycle of self-sacrifice.
Haunted by the memory of starvation and fearing he might fail his crew, Sanji begins to secretly ration his own food, eventually cutting himself out of the meal plan entirely to ensure his friends never go hungry. As the days pass, the physical and mental toll of his choices begins to show, leading to uncharacteristic stumbles and a fading presence that does not go unnoticed by his crew, especially Zoro.
