    Summary

Dabi and Hawks had a history, forged through two years of the best friendship either of them ever had. That's why, when Dabi said his name -- his REAL name -- in the middle of the Jaku Hospital Raid, Hawks began to spiral deeper and deeper into his past. It was only then that he could begin to forgive the child friend he thought he'd lost to flames.

Dabi was never good at holding onto relationships. As much as he tried to outrun them, there were always those who refused to let him go. His siblings, his mother, his old friend... Even after all he'd done, they still welcomed him back home.

With the HPSC torn apart, the youngest generation of heroes began to fill in the cracks and build a more just world. Retirement brought the joy and peace Keigo and Touya never dared hope for.

OR: The one where Dabi and Hawks were childhood friends at the HPSC and got the happy ever after they deserve.

    Summary

“You’re infected.” His guard went back up, pointing his crossbow with narrow eyes. “You’re eating raw meat. Either infected, or incredibly stupid.”

“Really, Sherlock? Who could’ve guessed.” The creature replied, turquoise eyes flashing with an ounce of amusement for a moment. It had managed to cut through a part of the rope, and was attempting to squirm out of the contraption.

“You’re infected. You can still talk. You've got a full head of hair and… some degree of conscience left.” Keigo didn’t lower the weapon. The air between them felt thin, like the moment before lightning hit. “What are you?”

    “Hungry.”

tldr; Keigo goes to fetch his dinner from a snare and meets an infected like one he's never seen before. Not human, but not zombie either.

    Summary

After the downfall of the League, society demands a change. In a desperate bid to reform its image, the Commission launches a controversial rehabilitation initiative: assigning high-risk prisoners to elite "Keepers"—pro heroes sworn to reintegrate them into society, no matter the cost.

Hawks thought his biggest post-war problem would be boredom.
    He was wrong.
Assigned a mission that threatens to break him, Hawks must open his home to a chaotic lunatic who violently rejects this mandatory second chance—and whose only remaining goal is to make Hawks’ life a living hell.

    Summary

The idea had always sounded crazy to Hawks. Mean, infiltration straight into the League of Villains? How fucking insane was that? And when he found out he would be meeting with the only member that had a flame quirk, ya know, Hawks' achilles heel...? He figured Madam President was trying to off him indirectly. But if that was the case...unlucky for her, because the opposite had happened.

    ---

During Hawks' infiltration of the League of Villains, the growing affection for them begins spilling into actions. His suppressed instincts start acting up, and the not-so-subtle implication that the HPSC are trying to kill him isn't helping.

Oh, and he and Dabi fuck.

    Summary

“Took you a while to come see your ex…” Touya muttered, the word sounding sour on his tongue. Keigo felt it echo in his own mouth.
Touya’s tone was the same as ever - sharp, abrasive, refusing softness even now, half-wrapped in bandages and visibly straining just to stay upright.

Keigo exhaled slowly, something tight in his chest loosening just a fraction.
    Damn it. Touya hadn’t changed.
Not the parts that mattered. Inviting him in. Offering him a seat. Then stabbing right where it hurt. Yeah. That was Touya.
This is worse than anything the HPSC put me through.

Keigo stepped inside at the half-hearted wave, the door clicking shut behind him. He lingered a second longer before dragging himself toward the empty chair by the bed, perching on the edge like he didn’t quite belong - because he genuinely felt didn’t.
“Ex, huh?” he breathed, forcing a crooked smile that didn’t reach his eyes. “You make it sound like we broke up over bad takeout or something.”
The words tasted wrong the second they left his mouth.
