Summary
Through the coniferous forests and towering snow-capped mountains. Just a day's walk from Solarum - the great city of light - stands a small town on the road: Evergreen.
A lively community and pit stop for travellers that provides a cozy place to rest and drink the night away before getting back on the road.
A young travelling ranch-hand finds himself situated in the honest and lively town. As he settles into his temporary new life, prepared to stay for the duration of the harvest season, he finds himself more attached to this place and its people than normal. He is caught in a whirlwind of introduction and something that feels like it could be romance with a beautiful and sharp-witted barmaid.
Although... something is different here, and whether he can leave this town in one piece becomes the real uncertainty.

This is a short book built on a mini D&D adventure, which in itself was a prequel to a much larger, darker, and more consequential campaign.

Summary
Life as Jack knew it is dead and gone. Now he stands alongside Tyler at the head of a new world, one without organised authority and blocked off from the rest of the planet. He has truly hit bottom. And while he had never felt so perfectly free, he can't find any way to stop Tyler from turning himself into the very thing he swore to destroy for all eternity.
With a new opposition on the horizon and something to fight for again, will Tyler once more be Jack's source of protection and salvation. Or will the conflict drive them apart.

“Day before the full,” Bill repeats his earlier excuse, though he sounds much less apologetic now.
“Yes, and Sirius is very accommodating,” Remus recounts darkly, his tone sending a shiver down Sirius’s spine.
“He is,” Bill says simply, but Sirius knows that tone. That tone means trouble. “You should try him for yourself.”
Time freezes as both Sirius and Remus process his words.
“Funny,” Remus eventually chokes out, but he isn’t laughing. None of them are.
“Not really,” Bill pushes Sirius’s hair back, exposing his neck again. His other hand smoothes down Sirius’s thigh, then trails back up along the inseam of his jeans. “Right, darling?”
