Summary
Danny needs a vacation, after being High King for centuries he decides to visit one of the dimensions he's made a life in. Its all set up and cozy for him to just relax, just him cujo and his knight (clockwork and Fright Knight both don't trust him alone in a dimension unsupervised).
Fright Knight is trying to keep his idiot king safe but now he has to protect him from daily dangers, danny himself, and the two himbos trying to court him. He can only handle one idiot he doesn't need two more

Summary
Darkseid believes that, rather than finding the Anti-Life Equation, he can gain control over the creature that created it. A ritual was painstakingly crafted to both summon and bind the powerful being to his will. With the Justice League defeated, Darkseid's victory is assured as he collects the final component. A sacrifice is needed to complete the ritual. He decides to have them watch as one of their loved ones serves a greater purpose. There is no higher honor than becoming the vessel of the Ghost King.
Danny just wanted to enjoy a nice date with his boyfriend. After being kidnapped from his night out, Danny decides to have some fun. He never did get to finish his meal after all.
