Hands starting to tremble as the other two players made sarcastic sympathetic noises at him, Suga felt his self-control slipping. What could he say? Nothing they said was technically untrue. He couldn't deny any of it.

Everyone pitied the third year as an almost inhumanly talented first year stole his position, but Sugawara was happy he could still play volleyball. That's what he told himself anyway… But what happens when players from another team corner him, and say all the things everyone else is too polite to say? Suga comes to Hinata's rescue, and is rewarded with self doubt and a black eye. -

Frowning and looking away momentarily, Ukai waved a dismissive hand at the captain.
"Never mind that. I want you focusing on fixing the shitty attitudes on this team. I don't care if you sit up all night telling scary stories or hold hands singing Kumbaya! Figure it out or I will, and trust me…" Ukai said, eyes narrowing and hands tucking into the pockets of his jacket as he leaned forward to whisper menacingly.
"You're not gonna like what I come up with."

The guys are off to training camp, but it's obvious they have multiple things they need to work on, their most crippling fault being their lack of teamwork! Coach Ukai is sick of the bantering and can't seem to make them get along, but day four provides an interesting opportunity. Six teams will compete in a special, day long game of capture the flag, can Karasuno get it together?

"You stepped under the mistletoe, you have to kiss! It's bad luck if you don't."
Faces scrunching up in displeasure, the two raised their fuzzy gazes to the net above them and then shook their heads in denial as they turned their unfocused eyes on each other.
"Not gonna happen, I don't believe in bad luck." Daichi retorted, turning back to his underclassmen with a grin.
"Yeah, nice try." Sugawara added, sticking his tongue out and leaning forward to blow a sloppy raspberry in their direction.
"No way, you have to! You're gonna risk us going to nationals? After everything we've been through, you're gonna curse us?!"
Daichi and Sugawara faltered at that, smirks shifting to grimaces as their foggy brains tried to comprehend this information and turning to one another with wary concern.

It's that time of the year and the Karasuno Volleyball Club is having their annual holiday party! Nothing can ever go as planned though, and chaos breaks out because someone spiked the punch! Secret Santa gift exchange, yelling, mistletoe, and a night the guys won't soon forget- Unless they were too drunk to remember!

Reluctantly pulling away from Yamaguchi, Suga slunk up to the brunette and hid beneath his knees, perching on his sneakers.
"Guys, I can't go home like this, my Dad's allergic to cats! What am I going to do?"
"Weren't you planning to bring that other cat home?" Daichi questioned.
"That's not the point! I can't show up as an animal, what would I even tell them?"
"If he can't go home, maybe we could take him to a shelter." Kageyama Suggested.
"What?!" Suga yowled.
"We can't dump a talking cat off at a shelter, use your brain!" Tanaka contradicted, smacking the genius setter on the back of the head as Ennoshita shook his at the two of them.
"More like we can't dump our Vice-Captain off at a shelter."
Tanaka stammered.
"Well yeah- I was going to say that too."

After rescuing a cat that's being attacked by a flock of crows, Suga finds himself entranced by the mysterious feline and chases after it despite Dachi's warning. Suddenly there is a flash of light... And Suga is a cat! Don't worry, he has Daichi to look after him! ;D

“Not if you fall asleep and drown I’m not,” Ruggie said, arms crossed. “Got food for you. Get out of the bathtub, before I have to be the one to explain to the royal family that you survived being kidnapped only to die as soon as you get back on campus.”
