But Crowley barges in through the door nonetheless. The demon takes his glasses off so abruptly that his fashionable hair bounces. His yellow eyes zigzag feverishly between the angel and the witch, and then settle for the human.
“Don’t you dare fucking do it,” he raises his eyebrows so high his entire forehead gets riddled in wrinkles.
Anathema gives a silent sign to Newt, who’s managed to follow the unruly demon in, and replies with peace of someone with an easy conscience, “Do what?”
“Don’t send him to Heaven,” Crowley growls, flashing his white teeth. “Or I’ll make a ghost out of you.”

Summary
There’s something menacing lurking in London, looking specifically for a certain demon who’s escaped its deadly assault by a hair’s breadth.
The demon has found a perfect hiding place until he figures out who has betrayed him and led him right into the enemy’s hands. But this angelic looking bookshop keeper is a tough nut to crack, so Aziraphale needs to use everything in his powers to prevent being kicked out onto the streets.

With this, the potential employer of the unorthodox-looking monster hunter leans his back against the bench-rest, changes his mind and knits his fingers over his lap instead. His face is a bit scrunched when he continues, “I’ve heard that you don’t kill your prey.”
“Ah, that,” Crowley shrugs. “Yeah, that one’s correct."
