Summary
"So he's really paralyzed?" Simon asks.
"Oh? Uh, yeah." Grace turns back to Rocky's sleeping form and gestures broadly at him.
Rocky is curled at the bottom of his tunnel, legs at his sides, body resting on the ground.
Simon nods, looking uncomfortable. "So he won't interrupt."
"Nah, he can't, he's– huh?" Grace fumbles for his glasses in earnest now. His heart rate picks up, but he's sort of hoping he's wildly misinterpreting what he just heard.
"Sit back down." Simon growls as Grace goes to stand up.
Slowly, Grace sits back down on the floor. He looks Simon over again and realizes, with a panicked flutter in his stomach that quickly spreads through his limbs like ice water, that Simon is holding a razor blade.

Grace & Rocky decide to go check out an SOS call. It could have gone better. (Trust me, eventual codependent friendship all around.)

''I made a huge mistake.'' Aziraphale whimpered softly. He gave up trying to blink the tears away, letting them roll freely for what had to be the first time in a century. ''I lost my best friend. I lost everything"

After the events of season 2, Aziraphale is realizes the grave mistake he's made. Crowley is utterly miserable on earth and neither of them dare to speak to one another, and it's time for the ineffable bureaucracy is there for the marriage counseling.

It's been almost a decade since Gabriel and Beelzebub left for Alpha Centauri, and everything seems to be just peachy. The Bentley showing up was a tad odd, but then again, for the former Prince of Hell, and their ex-supreme archangel husband, nothing is that odd. Beelzebub, however, was feeling bored. And where better to go for a daytrip than Earth?
But when they arrive, everything seems to have changed.
For a start: Where the fuck were Heaven and Hell?

Summary
This novella-length rewrite of Good Omens Season 3 picks up right where Season 3 of the TV show does, but is completely different because I frankly didn't care for the ending and was sad we didn't get flashbacks or fun hijinks! May this be as healing for you to read as it is for me to write.
There will be six chapters with flashbacks in between each, much like there would have been in the unabridged TV version, and my plan is to post a new chapter every Saturday as long as I can keep up with it!
Plot: Aziraphale and Crowley are separated with the Second Coming on the way, and as they continue to struggle against Heaven, Hell, and (checks notes) gentrification??, they find once again that they must rely on each other. Meanwhile, the Second Coming is shaking things up in the most unexpected places, and everyone must decide what they want for themselves, each other, and the world.
