Lambo arrived loud and unexpected as thunder and went away quite and fast as lightning leaving a gapping, smoldering hole in the hearths of the Vongola Tenth Generation where their youngest member used to be.
They didn’t even notice they were making the exact same mistake as their predecessors did. They drove away their youngest member in almost the exact same way the arcobaleno did with cutting words, disdaining looks and violence never bothering to look beyond their raucous actions and arrogant demeanor.
Some would wonder why they never questioned how someone who had been trained to be a hitman by his Familiga from the tender age of two would be so loud and obnoxious instead of quiet and calculating but somehow these obvious questions seemed to fly above their heads, some would blame it on most of them coming from civilian backgrounds but in the end it led to the same result all the same.

Tim arrives and the world tilts on its axis | Tim is 10 and dead in this world his manor sold so he is homeless | he is in constant breakdown whenever he remembers anything about his family but he set out to make the world kinder for them so they can fly safely even if it’s without him cuz he is a ghost and that’s all he will be | he tells Bruce where Jason is takes out the loa releases the crimes of political sends Bruce info about Damian before that and many more things

————-Tim opens his eyes to a falling sunset, an orange-pink hue glittering over the fallen landscape. He tastes the dirt and blood in his mouth, the stickiness of iron and earthy soil lodged in his throat. He can't feel the lower half of his body, it's all broken bones after all.
His back sits against a sharp rough tree, his left arm is trembling and the right is missing, can’t say for sure where. Tim is alone, aside from the mountains of blood soaked bodies fallen in front of him.
He hums a bit as he watches the sun sink more into the earth. Tears fall from his eyes, though he doesn’t quite realize it. A sharp intake of breath and a small sob leaves him, jagged and broken just as he was.
He did it…
They’re gone.
They’re free.
…
He just wished they were here to see it…No one ever knows when their time is up, when death has decided to stretch its bony fingers and clasp them around your neck.
Tim couldn’t know he’d lose his baby brother to a group of suicidal heathens.
He couldn’t know that Dick would be burnt to death as a show of power.
That Cass would be stabbed hundreds of times until her body stopped moving.
Couldn’t know that Jason would die protecting him.
That his…his D-Dad would be dismembered and eaten.
Tim didn’t know that before.
But he was in the after now.
After the pain, after the suffering, after the all encompassing rage and fury.
He’s the aftermath of vengeance in human form.
There’s no light at the end of this tunnel, just lots and lots of blood. The sharp ring of a sword slicing off a monster’s head, guts unraveling from a warm body, the pop of a crushed eyeball.

Jason Todd wasn’t the monster the world had painted him to be. He wasn’t even the cold, broken man Clark had expected to find. He was something far more complex: a young man scarred by tragedy but still trying to find his way.
And beneath the scars, beneath the layers of cynicism and pain, Jason had a heart of steel. The same heart that had driven him to fight for others as Robin. The same heart that refused to let him give up, even after everything he’d been through.
By the end of the month, Clark’s perception of Jason had shifted entirely. He no longer saw the boy Bruce had failed to save or the vigilante the world had written off. He saw Jason for who he was - a good person trying to live a good life, despite everything that had been taken from him.
The realization wasn’t sudden. It came slowly, piece by piece, with every small act of kindness, every fleeting smile, every moment of quiet strength.
Jason still carried the weight of his past, but he wasn’t defined by it. And that, Clark realized, was what set him apart.
The world had given Jason every reason to become the monster they accused him of being. Instead, he’d chosen to fight for a better life - to put the crime-fighting days behind him and go to college.

"How do you know that?" Tim says with a pointed stare.
Connor pauses, thinks, and then shrugs. "Met him a few times, he's not bad"
Tim frowned. "Not... bad?"
"You know, you have a bad habit of when Jason is brought up you immediately assume the weirdest possible version of him."
Tim looked genuinely confused.
"The rumor literally says he threatens customers."
"Mhm"
"He shoots people and curses all the time, that sounds plausible."
Connor laughed. "Yeah but that's when he's red hood and out fighting criminals or the bats."
A moment passed.
Then another.
"Huh." Tim says.
"What?"
Tim leaned back.
"I actually don't know."
