“No, sir,” Draco muttered, when Harry didn’t reply.
“Is it asking you to do something illegal?”
“No, sir,” Harry said, rather wishing it was.
“Then I don’t want to hear about it. If you avoid it a second time, you’ll incur disciplinary action.”
Or, Harry and Draco's bonding exercise at work is getting weird, fast.

Draco could hear Harry speaking, but he didn’t really notice what he was saying. He could only barely feel gentle touches on his face. He felt numb. Distant. Dimly, he thought could hear concern in Harry’s voice.
The voice in his head was louder. Pathetic. Weak. Failure.
It was true. He’d failed. He’d failed Harry. Again. Like always.
That was what he did.
The voice grew sharper as Draco’s vision dimmed. Couldn’t even safe word right.

In which, Tony starts a friends with benefits with Steve because he believes this is as much as he deserves. And it only hurts a little.
