Summary
For the last two months rich folks had been rolling in, all manner of nicely dressed men ready to invest in what was surely going to be the jewel of the American Southwest. They’d tried to tell Dutch as much, but the man’s mind was set on the ferry. Wealthy tourists and precious cargo too much of a siren’s call for him to be invested in such a slow moving job. Dutch never liked playing the long game, he did when he had to, but he hated the waiting.
Hosea and he had trudged on regardless, Dutch or no Dutch to back them up. He woke up early and got dressed to the nines with some help from Miss Grimshaw and the girls, all ready to roll into the First National Bank of Blackwater. He’d shoved down his doubts and fears with all the strength he could muster when he gave his appearance a last once over in the mirror, double edged razor still in hand.

Summary
Purple dragons are extremely powerful creatures that are capable of changing the world. How they choose to change the world is up to them, and so far, they haven't had the greatest track record. Due to how rare they are, not much is known about purple dragons, how they work, and how susceptible they are to different types of magic and outside influences. Can the purple dragon(s) of the present bring to light more about their kind, and can they steer the legacy of the purple dragons into the right direction, or will it fall back into darkness once more?

“CBC. A complete blood count.” I answer, hoping he doesn’t ask me why.
“Purpose, question?”
Rocky, please. I’m trying to spare you right now.
Basically, Grace gets exposed to a dangerous amount of radiation during an EVA and doesn't want to tell Rocky bc of what happened to Rocky's crew <3
THIS IS A REWORKED VERSION OF "TEMPEST" - after some comments, I wanted to keep the soul of the story, but make it more scientifically plausible. While there are still probably some inaccuracies, I still hope this isn't as messy as before.
