When Danny joined the internet, on a phone modified by Tucker and supplied to Amity via Vlad to circumvent ghostly interference, he didn't think he'd make friends with so many chaos gremlins, one of which, he is.
When Tim Drake-Wayne made a point to make friends with all the teenage people related to their own massive (blowing up and jumping off the St. Louis Gateway Arch at twelve) issues, he didn't expect valid reasons, more cults, less heroism, and vigilantism, of it's own kind.
When Peter Parker-Stark allowed his adoptive father, Tony Stark, to announce his adoption. he didn't think he'd be the chaos gremlin his friends say he is, being more a mother chaos gremlin. Nor did he think he'd meet people like him, err, similar to him. In regards of chaos.
Harry Potter finally got his friend, Hermione Granger, to agree to helping him put runes in phones, subsequently getting muggle technology to run off of magic and work properly. Then, he did as any normal teenage does and took to Twitter with chaos.

Summary
About the size of a turkey, the velociraptors were basically feathery coyotes with sickle claws. The little buggers were escape artists too, and managed to escape their enclosure at least once every week. Once free they would usually venture into the guest areas and raid the garbage cans, beg tourists for food, and try and lure the pigeons into a false sense of security by fluffing their feathers and pretending to peck at the ground.
The Other Velociraptors on the other hand, were six foot tall, super intelligent, scaly freaks of nature that only existed because the science department was a bunch of nerds. Surprisingly however they were much better behaved than their smaller, more natural counterparts. Too bad the chief of security was an asshole, and their trainer had a habit of getting drunk and teaching them things they really shouldn't know.

Summary
When Sally Jackson dies in a tragic car accident while trying to temporarily escape the world of the divine, Percy's grief leads him to unofficially forsake the gods and run away to Gotham, where his mom's cousin Bruce lives.
