Summary
From closer, it’s clear that Minho is about his age. He’s handsome— very much so— in an untouchable sort of way. Straight nose, sharp eyes, a defined cupid’s bow. He looks sculpted rather than born. Jisung might shrink under the weight of his presence if the situation were different.
Knowing that Minho is dying ruins the illusion of perfection.
Jisung answers an ad online reading: "I'm going to die, but there's a lot of things I haven't done yet that I don't want to do alone."

“You can start the usual chores— watering the plants, cleaning the house, cooking food.” Minho said simply, already ripping his attention away from Jisung in favor of his art. “I’ll let you know if I need anything.”
The cat hybrid’s face twisted in annoyance as Minho once again denied him an actual apprenticeship in favor of getting his house chores done. Jisung was an artist, not someone’s maid. He was about to say something, ears flat against his head, tail fluffed out in frustration, when Minho spoke again.
“If you behave, I have a surprise for you tonight, kitten.”

Jisung and his art mentor, Minho, have an... interesting relationship, to say the least.
One night, the hybrid omega finds himself overwhelmed by his heat. And Minho needs to make a decision to help him through it.

It’s weird that they were just a thing. Because well, when people ask why he’s so sullen and down, he can’t say—’oh I got broken up with’, because he was never in a relationship in the first place, he can’t rant, drunkenly at parties to girls he meet in the bathroom line how his ex-boyfriend is an asshole, because Jisung is just some guy.
“You broke up with me over text.” Minho mutters, looking at Jisung, pupils shrinking, like he’s staring at a fire. He picks at the skin around his cuticles. “I loved you. Did you know that?”
Minho and Jisung meet in a frat-bathroom. Sort of. What’s the worst that could happen?
(Well, Minho could fall in love with someone who has never believed in his own ability to love and be loved.)

This work is amazing!! Book of giving second chances and it being the best decision ever. I loved it to the beginning and at the end. Cried a bit when they broke it off then cried more when they made up to start fresh. Seeing Jisung character grow as someone that’s able to love and getting loved was extraordinary. proud of Lee know setting boundaries. My fav line was “kisses Minho like he is Jisung’s entire world,” this shows just how devoted Jisung is!

“You’re going to meet someone, and fall in love. Maybe they’ll be a toxin, or maybe not. But, either way, you’ll know. You’ll be glad you waited. Because you’ll realize that you’re worth more than any silly bloom could ever be,” Minho murmurs into his hair, hand making comforting circles over his back. “And your bond— it should be saved for them. That person you love so much that the blooms don’t matter. Because you deserve that, Jisung-ah. You do.”
Jisung doesn’t know how to tell him that he thinks he already found it. He doesn’t know if he should tell him. Because maybe Minho is right. Maybe he’s got it all twisted up, and confused. Maybe he’s too impulsive, and his brain is latching onto the only constant he has.
Or, maybe, he just knows.
(OR: Jisung chases a bloom he can't reach, and Minho is an expert in self-preservation)
