His jaw tightened. He didn’t even want to say her name — not out loud, not in his head. But it kept pressing forward anyway — Grey. Standing in the hallway yesterday morning, fidgeting with her sleeves, voice soft. “G-Good morning, Gauche.” It was nothing, she was nothing. Grey always looked like that. Always nervous, always shrinking like she wanted to disappear, always blushing if anyone so much as glanced at her. Summary
After the war against Lucius ended, by decree of the high nobility, Yuno is crowned the Wizard King. Asta, the boy who always said he would become the Wizard King and change the kingdom, was forbidden from doing so. It’s not that he wasn’t worthy, it’s just that he was a wretched devil possessed commoner in the eyes of high society.
Time passes and an era of peace comes over the kingdom with no new enemies to battle. However, something stirs unseen, a new and dangerous threat rises from darkness itself, threatening to bring about a new era to the Clover Kingdom…
