Summary
There’s a pause, and then Wednesday speaks again. “I admit that I do have one ulterior motive in asking you to visit for the holidays.”
Enid laughs, unsurprised; there’s the Wednesday she knows, even a phone line and a coast away. “Yeah? What is it?”
“I told my parents that I’m in a relationship,” Wednesday says, offhand, like it’s just another sentence and not a lightning strike to Enid’s heart. "With you, specifically."

Summary
Mike has finally made it as an author. But writing about your own past can get complicated, especially when fans start to draw conclusions that point Mike in the direction of the person he's been writing about all along.
And living life is hard. Especially when you're doing it all on your own. But grief and love are a lot more similar than you might realise. They both tend to wake us up from the monotony of our lives.
OR: Mike has a horrible time, which somewhere along the way turns into a wonderful time.

Summary
“I was raised to be singular. Untouched. Entire.”
“And now I cannot take three steps without feeling you.”
Michael should have died the night the fleet burned. But when a forbidden cleric drags him back from death, an ancient bond binds their souls together.
War is rising. A marriage is demanded. And a voice inside Michael’s mind begins to urge him towards something corrupt, hungry and dangerous.
To be what the court expect of him he must kill the cleric.
But William is the only one who sees him—the real Michael.
A gothic, psychologically intense descent into power and identity, where love exists—but does not make things safe.
Or: Michael survives the fire, keeps the enemy who saved him, catches feelings he refuses to name, starts slipping under the court’s watchful eye, and is being possessed by something that likes him a lot more when he’s violent.
