Crowley is caught unawares by a few Archangels, which can mean nothing good. They plan to hurt him in order to control Aziraphale, although their methods are very different from what hell's might have been.
Basically, the first chapter I hurt my dear Crowley a lot, and the second one Aziraphale comforts.

Summary
Anathema believes she is possessed by a demon. She comes to Aziraphale and Crowley for an exorcism.
“You know someone possessed, book girl?”
“Maybe. I’m trying to figure that out. That’s why I came to you two.”
There’s an awkward pause, during which Crowley and Aziraphale exchange glances across the table.
“Well, angel, you go ahead and tell her what the signs are.”
“I think you should, it’s your area of expertise.”
“Me? I’ve never possessed anyone. It’s your area now.”
“That was one time.”
“Oh my god.” Anathema puts her hands on the table. “Please tell me at least one of you knows what possession looks like.”

Summary
Aziraphale has resigned himself to never getting what he truly wants. It’s simply a fact of life.
And even now that he’s fairly sure Crowley returns his affections, Aziraphale’s gone and ruined the whole thing. Even if Crowley knew how he felt, Aziraphale would most likely get rejected out of turn. Aziraphale certainly wouldn’t blame Crowley for being upset at his behavior.
Aziraphale will have to make it up to him, somehow. But he doesn’t have the slightest idea of where to start.
In the words of an underpaid typesetter of the 16th century, Aziraphale thinks, bugger all this for a lark.
