Finally, the stranger glanced up and he, too, seemed at a loss of words. "I, uh," the stranger scratched the back of his head. "You look 20. Do you have a kid somewhere?"
Taehyung blinked owlishly. It took a second for him to snap out of his trance but once he did, he became a flustered mess.
"What? No. Definitely not. No. I'm actually not here for candy." The brunette's face felt warm with embarrassment. It's not like he didn't know how obvious it must've been that he was staring or how weird he must look standing on this guy's doorstep at eleven at night. "I'm looking for the owner of this apartment."
Or, Taehyung is annoyed with all the noise coming from the apartment so he goes down to complain. He didn't realize that the man would be so captivating or that he would get invited in or that he would be influenced to drink or that he would end up in his neighbor's bed.
