Charlie was a good, kind person. Everyone who knew her, be it her girlfriend or the Sins (her uncles and aunties), could tell you that. She is often ridiculed for it, being in hell and all, but those who do so forget one important thing: Charlie’s kindness is not a sign of weakness, it is a CHOICE, one she makes every single day. So…what would happen if something or someone convinced her that, in a realm as perilous and violent as Hell, the best way to be truly kind was to use the power coursing through her veins? To MAKE those who use and abuse their fellow Sinners heed her words?
Well…let’s just say that all of Hell and Heaven are gonna find out. And it’s all Valentino’s fault!

Summary
Charlie Morningstar was the princess of Hell. Her duty was to take care of her people the best she could, and she planned to do just that. The others saw the possibility of redemption as a complete joke, but her dad believed in her, and that’s all that mattered.
He may have lost hope for the sinners long ago, but Charlie still believed in them, and he believed in her.
Redemption was possible. Her hotel would prove it.
She just…wished her dad could be awake more often to actually see it.

Timeline journal, check. Keeping full custody of Charlie and being her bestest dad ever while giving the middle finger to Lilith, check. Separate identity to keep an eye on the sinners and skirt around Heaven’s punishment, checkity check check. Lucifer totally had this time-travel thing in the bag!
Now if only whatever cosmic karma it took for him to do it didn’t make him so dad damn tired all the time.

Summary
Lucifer never showed up on extermination day; leaving Adam and his army to kill every sinner in the hotel without much of a fight.
Charlie is left to grieve in the empty hotel until finding something that could change the fates of her friends; giving her an opportunity to go back in time and save their souls from being erased.
However, instead of trying to help them be redeemed, she's going to stop them from falling to Hell in the first place, starting with the hotel's resident inventor.
__________________________________________Or: Charlie uses time-travel to try and redeem Sir Pentious before his death.
