The Caliban is a marvel of modern engineering. It boasts an incredibly fast TTK, a cheap cost, and the history of being a living solution to one of the biggest military sticklers to make a name for itself. The average observer may take this as evidence that IPS-N's noted reputation for pragmatism and efficiency has once again reared its surprisingly well-proportioned head.
