Summary
Percy Jackson breaks on a Tuesday.
Perhaps this is inevitable - he's been cracking for a long time, and the fissures have only grown deeper through time.

Summary
Sometimes he looks in the mirror and sees Luke. He sees the barely-contained anger, the desperation. He sees his eyes turn golden, the same gold that haunts his nightmares.
Percy doesn’t trust himself anymore, not when everything seems to be a ghost of the past.
He wonders how long until he becomes the monster - destroyer - he knows is buried deep inside him
“Luke thought he was protecting people, but he was really hurting them. He thought everything he did was right - what if I’m like that too?”
Or, after all the wars, Percy struggles with his fear that he's turning into Luke. Annabeth is there to reassure him that he's not.
