Summary
The gruelling reality of being a global superstar is one that Mydei, at just twenty-two, has already familiarised himself with. He's used to the pressure, the demands, the inhumanity of it all. It's not an easy position to find himself in every day, but years of it have taught him how to survive with his head just above water.
With a dead mother, a blurry childhood and two – maybe three – real friends to his name, he doesn't need any other uninvited guests barging their way into his life.
Enter: The Red String of Fate, a cosmic phenomenon that Mydei forced under the floorboards years ago, rearing its head to pull him into a world of unpredictability, disorder, and even worse, new experiences.
Oh, and of course, it brings Phainon. A student photographer who held out hope for that phenomenon to be real, only to find out it binds him to someone who'd sooner destroy it than accept it.
Selfless and chasing meets terrified and retreating.

So he planned the classic move: to emerge from the chasm in a chariot. One sweep, and back to the Underworld before anyone could scream more than twice.
What he hadn’t counted on was that royal children look annoyingly similar when they’re both wearing ceremonial laurel crowns and lounging among the same flowerbeds.

“What’s your name?” The soldier slides his hand underneath Phainon’s head, gently cradling him. “Not your rank or serial number, just your name.”
“Phainon… Phainon of Aedes Elysiae.”
The soldier nods, speaking gently once more.
“Phainon, hm? Mydei of Castrum Kremnos. I’ll stay with you until you die.”
Or, Phainon gets trapped in a time loop, returning to the morning before the day of battle each time he dies. He meets Mydei in every loop, repeating their first meeting again and again; Phainon himself falling harder each time. End the loop, save the world—until their tomorrow comes.

The outfit seemed like it was pulling at the seams and looked about ready to burst on his body. His hands were now encased in golden gauntlets that looked heavy yet felt as light as air to him.
His hair had also grown longer now reaching just beyond his back. The area around his chest also felt more… Plump. As if an extra layer of fat was added on to fill out the space in the dress. There was also a distinct lack of weight between his legs and after reaching a hand down to do a quick check, he was proven correct.
"What." He said coherently.
Mydei was just a normal college student trying to survive his classes. All he wanted in life was to graduate, become a successful culinary master, and maybe perhaps get together with his crush and live happily ever after.
However, in a world where an alien substance known as the Black Tide could corrupt him at any moment, he worries about the future. It's a good thing that Okhema had Magical Girl Twilight Knight to protect them and purify the black tide! It's too bad that there was only so much one person can do alone.
So, fate took things into its own hands and decided that Mydei would be a magical girl as well.
