Octavius moved around a lot, so he had decided not to get attached to anyone. Sure, he could make a friend or two, but he knew from experience that those friendships would not last. And he was fine with that. He didn't need friends anyway.
Jedediah was popular, people loved him. Girls were all over him, despite that he had an amazing boyfriend whom he loved very much. Yet, when Jedediah sees the new kid for the first time, he's immediately drawn in. He wanted to know this mysterious person, even if it kills him.

Jesse pressed a featherlight kiss against his neck and a warm feeling spread in Joey’s chest threatening to consume him full, as his brain only managed to process one thought: I love him, I love him, I love him, I love him.
It felt wrong not saying it out loud, but he wasn’t sure if he should, if they’re there yet. He wanted to for weeks now. Every time Jesse smiled at him, his eyes sparkling in a way only his could. Every time he kissed him. Every time they hugged, touched. It was so loud in his head and it always put a smile on his face. I love him, I love him, I love him.

Summary
“I can’t feel the floor,” Cole said, pressing against it for a moment. “I can’t feel the wind,” Cole said again, raising his hand up into the air. “I can’t feel my hair.” Cole said, running his hand through his hair. He turned to Zane.
“I can’t even feel your hand-!” Cole said, reaching towards Zane and placing his hand on top of Zanes.
Cole froze for a second as their hands made contact. Cole felt Zane’s hand.
Instantly, the two of them pulled away from each other.
“What..” Cole breathed out suddenly. Eyebrows furrowing.
Cole looked up at Zane, who seemed to be terrified.
Zane straightened. “Cole, I-” Zane steadied his breath, but his hands were still shaking. “I need to tell you something.” He said slowly.
OR
zanes a ghost possessing his titanium body, him and cole talk about it. (oh and also they kiss)
