    One day, Death shows up at Yoongi’s doorstep to take him away – but first, he wants to sate his curiosity about life. So as Namjoon, Death takes up residence in his home while granting Yoongi more time with his husband. Yoongi doesn’t tell Hoseok who Namjoon really is despite the obvious attachment Hoseok develops towards him. Things become complicated as feelings evolve and Yoongi’s time is rapidly running out.

    “What the hell is this?” Evan Buckley storms into the office without knocking, tossing his phone onto the desk.

    “The LA Kings have signed forward Eddie Diaz (@EDiaz82) to a five year contract” it reads. Buck doesn’t need to see it to know. He’s stared at it long enough already. There’s a graphic of Eddie Diaz and his stupidly pretty face beneath it, in his old Dallas Stars green and white, mouth open as he skates the puck up the ice. He’d looked at the replies, all of the “omg”s and heart-eyes emojis and 280-character amateur analysis of Diaz’s skills. He’d scrolled until he’d hit the inevitable “so when are we trading buckley?” tweets, and then he’d stormed into Bobby’s office without thinking about it twice.

    “Management got you a centreman,” Bobby says, perfectly calm. “I thought you would be happy.”

    “Well, I’m not,” Buck says. “I don’t need a center. And even if I did, I don’t need Eddie Diaz."

    Really, Eddie doesn’t care that the PTA aren’t his biggest fan. He knows he misses too many meetings, and it’s not like he’s best friends with any of the other parents. It doesn’t affect Christopher, so it doesn’t bother him. He’ll pay for the annual fundraising mugs and consider his duty done.

    But then Buck picks Christopher up from a class trip and it all goes to hell.

    Like, of course Buck is everyone’s dream guy. He’s responsible with kids, and kind, and funny and interesting and hot to touch. That’s obvious. But now Eddie’s fighting to keep the PTA moms, teachers, and dads, all off an unsuspecting and tempting Buck.

    Because Eddie is a good friend. Right?
