Summary
He stepped out for a smoke, the gray sky above contributing to the overall mood and color tone of Hawkins. Eddie took a puff as he watched the cars go by. The snow plows had cleared the streets earlier that day, leaving a lovely pileup of dirty slush over the sidewalks, not helping the already darkened and dull mood Eddie constantly found himself in. Maybe he blended in like a shadow with the dark clothes he was wearing today.
Another puff and he watched a pop of color appear from across the street. An unmistakable beautiful head of hair tucked under a red ski cap with a matching scarf as Steve Harrington turned the corner and walked down the opposite side of the street. Eddie watched with interest at the handsome king of their high school seemed deep in thought and definitely not looking where he was going. Another car sped by and splattered more of the slush onto Steve's side of the street. Eddie stifled a laugh as Steve slipped and fell in the dirty snow. He watched with amusement of the supposedly most popular guy in their school make an ass of himself, but after a few beats he realized Steve hadn't gotten up.

Summary
Eddie put both cigarettes in his mouth and lit them both, passing one over to Steve. Steve grumbled a 'thanks' and snatched it from between his fingers, puffing away in the quickly cooling evening air. Thick fluff fell down from the sky which meant the monsters were out. Like how a spider was supposedly always near you but you couldn't tell unless you saw it.
Steve took a pull of his cigarette, irritated at Eddie for putting his mouth on it. But calling Eddie annoying was like calling the very dark sky anything less than creepy. Steve flicked a bit of the fluff off his jacket sleeve, then his hair, then eyelash. He looked up to see the sky growing redder as the clouds approached closer. He felt his stomach drop along with the barometric pressure before the sky grew darker.
Eddie stopped, his cigarette midway to his mouth to just stare at the red and black sky. "Why are the clouds so metal looking?" He asked before Hawkins was plunged into blackness. He felt arms around him and before he could somewhat work his feet again, Steve had flung them back into the cellar under the coffee shop.

Summary
Eddie said nothing, but stared straight ahead as Steve took off his coat and shoes and climbed into bed, pulling Eddie close to him. It was quite cold in the lab hospital room but Eddie's fever had the heat coming off of him in waves. Steve sighed as he tucked his chin on the top of Eddie's head and ran a hand through his damp hair. "You're never going to get well if you don't do what they say. I won't leave, will even sleep here until you're better but we need to get you to cooperate."
"Stevie?" Eddie asked quietly, after several moments of silence.
"Hmmm?" Steve had half fallen asleep while comforting Eddie in his arms. Eddie turned until his forehead was pressed against Steve's, his voice barely a whisper, "If I'm gonna cooperate, I want you to fuck me." Eddie blinked at him with big soft eyes.
Steve rolled his eyes. "You're so sick you can't even get out of bed but you want to fuck?"
Eddie was quiet as he sulked with Steve's arms around him. "If I'm gonna die anyway."
"You're not, if you cooperate." Steve started.
"And I'm not going to cooperate unless we fuck." Eddie shot back.

Summary
After Eddie’s body was left in the Upside Down, an undead version of him appears on Steve’s balcony with the full moon in his eyes and a fractured memory. Steve will do his best to help Eddie with his final wishes to graduate, if he can stop being distracted with all the aggressive flirting and wrecking havoc in Steve’s empty house.

"Encore, encore, encore." Came the shout drowning out whatever the person outside the door was shouting.
Eddie moved a hand up to flip off the door and yell something as he timed his thrusts to the beat and shouts of the crowd. Steve was used to this routine and knew he was the envy of every girl in that audience that he was who Eddie took into the back room. This is what got Eddie off, not the danger or pain, that was Steve's thing. The risk of being caught and adoration of the crowd calling for him as he worked hard to make sure Steve was absolutely worn out and begging for more once Eddie made his triumphant return to the stage. He held the guitar in front of the crowd but he held Steve much more roughly behind the closed doors.
