Hal.exe stopped working. This child, this Sparrow, was THE Sparrow? Like the Champion of Predator, Wielder of Violet Light, Paragon of Love, Sparrow? The Star Sapphire with ‘rings for eyes’ that Kilowog, Green Lantern 1-9-8-6, was always going on and on about? The individual Carol, Star Sapphire 1-9-6-2, was always saying was a 'stain’ against the Zamaron’s Star Sapphires Corps?
But they were just an itty bitty little baby.
“You’re joking right” he teased assuming this was just Sinestro trying his hand at humor “please tell me your joking. Surely a 6 year old human child isn’t THE Sparrow”
“You are correct” Sinestro agreed flatly a small smile forming upon his face as Hal relaxed at his response “a 6 year old human child is not THE Sparrow”
“Oh thank-“ Hal started only to get cut off as Sinestro finished his thoughts.
“It is my understanding that the child is only 4 and a half”

Summary
Several months have passed since Thea's 'showdown' with Crane. Several months have passed since she fled the scene and begun avoiding the Wayne’s/Bats while attempting to deal with all of the choices she made while Bruce was 'dead'.
Maybe she should've told someone about what she'd done and who she had become. At the very least maybe she should've told Kon, their friends, or her family. Maybe then someone would be there to catch her as she fell.

Tim Drake would lie. Tim would cheat, blackmail, and manipulate his way through every corridor of power in Gotham’s rotting institutional framework.
He would steal Superman’s Phantom Zone schematics, fabricate eighteen months of research documentation, and open a correspondence with Ra’s al Ghul and mean every word of it.
Bruce Wayne’s model of Batman had failed. Thirty years of dead children, fourteen Arkham breakouts, and a city scarred by a war with no way out.
Tim was 26. He had been fighting wars since he was 13. He would go further than Bruce Wayne ever would, become CEO of Wayne Enterprises, and build a city that didn’t need Batman.
Tim would burn the cape itself if it meant he could finally retire.
(One exhausted Tim Drake who is absolutely not becoming Ra’s al Ghul and is very concerned that he might be.)
