Katsuki Bakugou, the chief of a tribe allied with wild wolves, seeks a mate to secure his bloodline and status as Chief. Izuku Midoriya, a newly-of-age Omega, participates in a Coming-of-age ceremony where young omegas are presented to Alphas. When Katsuki selects Izuku, he expects an obedient, docile bride and is intrigued by his defiance. It starts their relationship off with a rocky start.

Cloud turned and found himself facing a mirror he hadn't noticed before, except his reflection was wrong. Too tall, shoulders too broad. Silver hair instead of blonde, falling like silk to a waist Cloud didn't have. Eyes that glowed with something far more dangerous than standard mako enhancement, green and alien and old in a way that had nothing to do with years.
"Well. This is unexpected."
Cloud woke gasping, tangled in his sheets, sweat-soaked and shaking.
Somewhere in the back of his mind, he could still hear that cold voice echoing:
"Who are you?"

But the years passed, and instead of excited discussions filling the palace halls, tension slowly began to choke them.
Because omegas had stopped being born.
Not all at once— it was not so dramatic as that, not a single year that history could point to and say, here, this is where it ended. It was slower. Birth tallies that came back lower each season. Registry lists combed through again and again, first with confusion, then with urgency, then with something very close to panic.

Omega birth rates dropped so low that Katsuki became the first Alpha king in his kingdom’s history without a mate.
Everyone treated it like a tragedy.
Years later, he goes to a neighboring kingdom for a diplomatic visit. Catching the sweet scent of someone... unmated

Summary
Cloud has dedicated his life to hunting vampires after his friend’s disappearance. He doesn’t know for a fact that Zack was taken by them, but it’s the only lead he has.
When Cloud finds evidence of this from a vampire lair, he knows he’s close. What he doesn’t know is that he was lured into a trap—and the vampires aren’t going to let him go.
Just as Cloud thinks he’s going to die, he’s saved by another, older vampire. In order to preserve Cloud’s spirit, Sephiroth bites him and binds them together.
Cloud hates vampires, always has. Now, welcomed into a coven of them, he has only two choices: let himself wither away, or embrace eternity.

The power's out. No more running water.
He's crouched in front of the window, watching a dead woman stumble down the street.
Katsuki sighs. "Get away from the fuckin' window, Deku."

It's the zombie apocalypse. Katsuki is determined to keep Izuku alive at any cost while Izuku keeps them on track towards survival; they're both desperately in love with each other, but too stubborn and too scared to say it out loud. They take it one day at a time.
