Summary
Mirabelle didn't deserve to die, Siffrin was just on the wrong side of history. None of that mattered, though. Siffrin had a job to do. He really had to get his head back in the game before he lost it.
(Or, an AU where Siffrin is actually an assassin sent by the King to kill Mirabelle (based on the bathroom dialogue scene!))
